I just purchased a 1 month membership. Does this allow me access to test banks? If not, can I get them for any type of membership or do you have to pay someone that responds to your request? OR, are the test banks located in the Study Guides & Resources section, if so, how do I get there from the home page?

No, like the description says, the membership is to allow access to downloads found in that category. If you don't have the membership, all downloads are locked. Take a look here (link below), and see the icon of a paper clip. If a topic has an attachment, you now have access to it. That's what it provides.
