if you're talking about scars, there's laser surgery and stuff to help reduce their appearance.

Do you mean acne scars or acne itself?? For acne, if you're a girl, birth control really does wonders for some people.  I think accutane is too harsh and all of my friends who have taken it said it was effective but the side effects are intense and frightening.  Natural remedies for acne scars include tea tree oil, vinegar, lemon or lime juice, and other topical creams.  Hope this helps!

I'm a girl and after going on birth control, most of my acne went away. I only do spot treatments now and then with tea tree oil.
