Hemorrhoid cure "علاج البواسير"

Hemorrhoids is an enlarged veins located in the lower part of the rectum in the direction of the anus and this inflation is due to increased pressure in these veins, making it painful, especially when sitting. . . . There are two main types of hemorrhoids:

1.
Internal hemorrhoids formed within the anus at the beginning of the rectum include 4 degrees: - First class: located inside the anal canal

- Second degree: appear during defecation and then automatically return to place after defecation.
- Third degree: appear during defecation and do not return to the interior only by clicking on it.
- Fourth grade: Stand out and do not go back inside even if pressed.

2. An IV is formed at the anus and stands out. . . . There are some factors that help to occur such as: - Constipation severe or chronic and hard or severe stool, forcing the patient to increase pressure to remove the stool causing hemorrhoids.
-Sitting for long periods with no movement.
- Lift heavy weights
- Chronic illness
- Increased weight such as obesity or during pregnancy.
- Eat or not eat foods containing fibers such as fruits and fresh vegetables. . .

Symptom - pain in the anus especially with sitting - feeling pain at defecation with the observation of blood out at defecation, and blood in the anal area or in the stool itself.
- Note the emergence of a solid block and painful patient is aware of his hand next to the anus.

Treatment methods:

- try to avoid constipation, and that is to increase the intake of foods rich in fiber, such as vegetables and fresh fruit, as well as more frequent intake of fluids.
- Reduce caffeine

isphagula - lactulose.

In case of non-response to medical treatment, surgical intervention is an effective and definite solution, especially in the case of external hemorrhoids.


البواسير عبارة عن تضخم الأوردة الموجوده فى الجزء السفلى من المستقيم فى إتجاه الشرج و يكون هذا التضخم ناتجا عن زيادة الضغط فى هذه الأوردة مما يجعلها مؤلمة خاصة عند وضع الجلوس. . . . هناك نوعان رئيسيان من  البواسير

1. بواسير داخلية تتكون بداخل الشرج عند بداية المستقيم تشمل 4 درجات : -الدرجة الأولى : موجودة داخل قناة الشرج
-الدرجة الثانية : تظهر أثناء التبرز ثم تعود تلقائيا إلى مكانها بعد التبرز.
-الدرجة الثالثة : تظهر أثناء التبرز و لا تعود إلى الداخل إلا بالضغط عليها.
-الدرجة الرابعة : تبرز إلى الخارج و لا تعود إلى الداخل حتى إذا تم الضغط عليها.

2. بواسير خارجية تتكون عند فتحة الشرج و تبرز إلى الخارج. . . . هناك بعض العوامل التى تساعد على حدوثها مثل : -الإمساك الشديد أو المزمن و البراز الصلب أو القاسى ، مما يجبر المريض على زيادة الضغط لإخراج البراز مما يسبب البواسير.
-الجلوس لفترات طويلة مع عدم الحركة.
-رفع الاوزان الثقيله
-الكحه المزمنه
-زيادة الوزن مثل السمنة أو خلال فترة الحمل.
-قلة أو عدم تناول الأغذية المحتوية على ألياف مثل الفواكه و الخضروات الطازجة . . .
الاعراض -الإحساس بألم عند الشرج خاصة مع الجلوس -الإحساس بألم عند التبرز مع ملاحظة خروج دم عند التبرز ، و يكون الدم فى منطقة الشرج أو فى البراز نفسه.
-ملاحظة ظهور كتلة صلبة و مؤلمة يتحسسها المريض بيده بجوار فتحة الشرج.

طرق العلاج -حاول تجنب إصابتك بالإمساك ، و ذلك يكون بالإكثار من تناول الأغذية الغنية بالألياف كالخضروات و الفواكه الطازجة ، و كذلك الإكثار من تناول السوائل.
-تقليل الكافيين
-حبوب مسكنه للالم -كريم دهان موضعى للبواسير لتقليل الالم والحكه -أدوية ملينة للبراز حتى يسهل إخراجه دون ألم
isphagula - lactulose
فى حالة عدم الاستجابة للعلاج الدوائى فيكون التدخل الجراحى هو الحل الفعال و الأكيد خاصة فى حالة البواسير الخارجية.
