A sample of the mRNA obtained form Drosophila melanogaster was found that 27% of its bases were guanine. Using the information, is it possible to predict what percentage of its bases are Adenine?

yes because if its 27% G it must be 27% C (since G pairs with C) and so whats left is 46% so my prediction would be that 46%/2 = 23% A and 23% T.
