We did an experiment on the effect of pH on enzyme activity. The enzyme we used is catalase from the liver. The problem is I didn't get the results down. Our pH's were 2, 7 and 10. I was just wondering what reaction you'd get. Which one would react the most or fastest?

Typically, most enzymes function best at a neutral pH.
