In the biochemistry experiment, I measured the absorbance value of metal solutions.

I understand the concept that lower number of absorbance, the more oxidation
But I need to show the graph, absorbance vs % oxdiation

I have absorbance values for difference concentrations and metal concentration values.
How do I calculate percent oxidation? and what does it tell you other than relationship with absorbance?

I've never heard of "percent oxidation". Is that what is asks you to plot y against in the protocol?

Yes, it says I need to prepare graph of % oxidation vs. metal concentration and explain which metal is most active
i can explain that less absorbance value is most oxdative metal,
but I don't know how to calculate % oxidation and how to interpret the graph with most active metal
