Hey, Im doing cell differentiation study using 3t3 L1 cell. this cell is a preadipocyte, and it can be differentiate into adipoctye, however, after my culture I cannot get the cell fully differentiated. Can you help me out?

Thanks for the protocol, I have the one is very similar to yours, but the differentiation of cells cannot reach to 50%, even less.
