If you are asked in an interview, How did you handle an angry customer (or any type of person)? and you responded I found out what the problem was and offered assistance, why does the behavioral interviewer consider that only a half-answer (and not really a good response)?

  a) The answer raises suspicions that you are hiding something or lying.
  b) You are not really trying to answer the question.
  c) You did not tell what you did specifically in giving assistance.
  d) The answer indicates you are not skilled in handling situations of this type.
