In your opinion, should The Body Shop have ignored the charges of unethical behavior and wait for the storm to pass?

The Body Shop's owners had positioned the company as an ethical, values-driven
organization. By doing so, they had established a standard higher than just
weathering the storm. A failure to act decisively would have cast doubts on the
company's credibility and undermined its claim of being an ethical, values-driven
company.
