Rachel is a gymnast who trains 2 hours/day on average.  She supports her daily activity by consuming 2,500 kilocalories per day.  How many kilocalories should be consuming from carbohydrate sources?

1. 1,125-1,300
2.1,300-1,500
3.1,625-1,750
4.1,500-1,6250

Since a person's daily calorie intake should consist of 60-75% coming from carboydrates and here Rachel takes 2500 kcal per day, 1500-1625 kcal should be coming from carbohydrate sources.
