This week you will conduct some research on two companies that market products to consumers over the age of 50.

The size of the consuming population over the age of 50 continues to grow. What are some of the ethical and pricing issues involved in targeting this age group? Research two companies that market to this age group. Describe the company and products. What are their individual strategies: how are they similar, how are they different? Is the company ethical? How do they market their products? Is the product a high or lower priced product?

What are some of the current ethical issues involved in targeting this age group?

Some of the ethical issues involved in targeting this age group is that there have been a better understanding on how the consumer changes their decision in such a way that it will be more useful to older people and their people. At the age of 50 many workplace term it as old workers hence they will be raising few objections.

As this group gets older, will these issues become more or less important?

this issues will be more important and research on aging will be done ,although the resources will be limited.
