A local retailer markets itself on its ability to provide exceptionally fresh produce.  That is, its produce is always as fresh as possible from "Farm to Table."  In the off season, however, this retailer must import fresh produce from neighboring countries.  This import process oftentimes results in produce that is not necessarily "Fresh" because of the long periods of time the produce sits in containers or trucks at borders waiting for inspections.  As a supply chain manager at this retailer, what can you do to get this produce faster to your stores?  Who federal agency should you work with to expedite the import process?
