My pedagogical view is that all children are unique and require a challenging educational environment in which they can flourish physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is my objective to foster an environment in which students can reach their greatest potential. I will provide a safe environment in which kids may express their ideas and take chances.
I believe there are five fundamental aspects that promote learning.
(1) The function of the instructor is to serve as a guide.
(2) Students must be able to participate in hands-on activities.
(3) Students should have the ability to make choices and allow their curiosity to guide their learning.
(4) Students must have the opportunity to practise skills in a safe setting.
(5) Technology must be used in the classroom.
