I was I am in college right now majoring in elementry education. I just wanted to know others ideas on jobs a person can advance to other than counselor,or principle....

To be an counselor, you need a master's degree in counseling, not elementary ed.  To be a principal, you need a master's in school administration.  With just a B. S. in elementary ed, all you can do is be an elementary school teacher, that's it.  To be any kind of school administrator, you need a master's degree in a specialty area and have already been granted certification through student teaching.
