what are the components of glucose and fructose?

this is a picture of sucrose's molecular structure. i need to identify the components on it, but i don't no what they are!! please help!! this is for my lab report that is due tomorrow!!

 glucose and fructose are monosaccharides or single sugars. Sugars are made from carbon, hydrogen and oxygen.

 that still doesn't help. can you like dumb it down for like an eighth grader??
