You don't say in what form you need the equations. Here they are in standard form:

1. (y-3)/(x+3) = 1/3
3y-9 = x+3
x-3y+12 = 0

2. (y-8)/(x-3) = 2
y-8 = 2x-6
2x-y+2 = 0

3. (y+2)/(x-8) = (3+2)/(-2-8) = -1/2
2(y+2) = -x+8
x+2y-4 = 0

4. (y-1)/(x-3) = (5-1)/(5-3) = 2
y-1 = 2x-6
2x-y-5 = 0
