A high-performing individual worker is switched to working in a team and has trouble adjusting. The team complains that worker is disruptive and too demanding. How best might the manager of this team improve the situation?
A) Make the worker the leader of the group. He will then realize that his behavior is disruptive and harmful to the group as a whole.
B) Threaten that the worker could lose his job completely if he doesn't get along with the team.
C) Offer other team members a reward if they can stop complaining about the problem worker.
D) Set up a group compensation scheme. If the group performs well, all members are rewarded.
