why none of the other ones?

a small push of a pin creates a ton of pain on the skin compared to the same push using a finger.

It might be useful to quantify a 'small push' of a pin-and keep in mind that the surface area of a pin is much smaller than a finger so the force has been more or less 'concentrated' to a very comparatively tiny area. If you push hard enough with a finger, it will eventually hurt as well but if you spread that same amount of finger hurting force over a larger area the pain will be reduced again. Pascal might have liked this discussion.
