I just wanna know when there are some limiting or excess reagents in a chemical reaction, if the question does not state so.

To know whether there is a limiting/excess reagent in a reaction, you need to know the mass of each reactant in a process. From the mass of reactant, we can calculate the no. of moles of each reactant. If the no. of moles getting from the calculation does not match with the no.of moles of the reactants in the balanced chemical reaction means there is a limiting/excess reagent in the reaction.
