Three students are discussing their approaches to understanding the information being taught in their history class.
   "I always read my history before I do math," Ken notes.  "That gets it out of the way, and then I can enjoy myself."
   "I never miss a homework assignment in that class," Tim shrugs. "You know how Mrs. Cooksey is about homework.  I'd be scared to death not to do it."
   "I always read the history assignment before I go to class," Toni comments. "Mrs. Cooksey goes so fast.  If I've already read about the stuff she's discussing, I don't have to work so hard to keep up."
