If you have a balanced reaction, separate the ions (from the solutions, the only ones that "dissociate") and put all of the atoms there too, you should be able to take out the others... I can't express myself very well in English when it comes to chem, since I'm in immersion, and I don't have my periodic table on me either... essentially, you should ask a classmate or teacher if you're having issues with it.
