The same muscle or group of muscles can be used for very different activities. The activities done in this lab showed you how that is possible. Match the following activities with the stimuli needed to produce them.

Holding a bowling ball over your head for 5 minutes ----> High intensity, high frequency

Holding a paper clip over your head for 5 minutes ---> Low intensity, high frequency

Quickly picking up and putting down a paper clip ----> Low intensity, low frequency

Quickly picking up and putting down a bowling ball --->  High intensity, low frequency
