Hi there - for a lab we have to find the concentration of glucose and the concentration of NaOH in a culture tube given the following information

in the culture tube there are:

4 mL of .1M glucose
4 mL of .2 M NaOH
1 mL deionized water
1 mL methylene blue

I feel like this should be pretty simple.. no? please help!
