What is the best suggestion to someone who loves red meat, needs protein, but needs to decrease his/her daily fat intake?
a. Choose leaner cuts of meat.
b. Convert to vegetarianism.
c. Eat more protein from vegetables.
d. Increase dairy products like whole milk.
