They have same nucleotide pairing...

Differences are:

DNA in prokaryotes are circular; linear in eukaryotes
DNA in eukaryotes is bound with histone; prokaryotes no histone
mRNA in proyarotes no introns, that is why they are very vulnerable to mutations, that is also why there are always occurrence of new bacterial strains that are resistant to antibacterial drugs.
Euaryotic mRNA has introns (removed during mRNA splicing); introns are helpful to prevent mutations.
