my FH got dismissed from his 1 sem at a Caribbean med school. He appealed, but no luck what can we do?

His appeal was for ADD that he truly just got diagnosed with after he felt like the amount of time he was putting into studying wasn't paying off. but this is his dream to become a doctor and to be able to help people. does anyone know if it is possible at all for a dismissed medical student for academic failure to take the MCAT again and try to get back into ANY medical school anywhere.... please help me if you know anything.

He won't have to repeat the MCAT. He can apply to any of the other Caribbean schools. A letter of explanation with his application should suffice.
