I've researched about 10 different schools, and all of them said MCAT not required and the minimum GPA is 2.8, and the average is 3.3. Is it even competitive to get in, I have a GPA of 3.6

It is not very competitive to enter, but it is competitive in the sense that failure / drop-out from Caribbean medical schools is very common.

You would have to contact the individual school and ask how many applicants they have vs. open spots.  

I'm only aware of one Caribbean Med School that's even remotely reputable.  It's in Grenada.  And even that one won't get you into the top residency programs.  It's affiliated with a few residency programs, but it's not going to get you residency at Yale, Johns Hopkins, or UCSF.
