Definitely Frogs, they go from tadpole to frog.

(why exclude humans? they do not go through a radical metamorphosis like butterflies or frogs)

complete metamorphosis- bees, flies, fleas, butterflies, moths, ants, and scorpionflies.

incomplete metamorphosis- grasshoppers, termites, maggots, cockroaches, and dragonflies
