I am working on my BA is Psychology. Then will be progressing to my Masters.  I would like to start working in the field now instead of waiting. Does anyone know of a company or practice that would be interested in me while I am in 'training'? I want to work to my potential and beyond and the earlier I can start, the better.  My ultimate goal is to have my own practice.

The best place in my opinion to start in the clinical feild is to work in the residential setting. You will get the experiance you need, and sometimes they offer scholarships for people getting grad degrees. You will be working in the "trenches" as it were, but you will learn so much.
