A precipitation involves a solid coming out of a solution.  The first is two gases generating a liquid.  The third is a solid breaking down with generation of a gas.  The fourth involves a gas reacting with an aqueous solution with no solid produced.  The last has a reaction of a solid and an aq. solution with generation of a gas.  Only 2 has reaction in solution with a solid generated.
