can someone help me figure out what it is?

Why does the application of the Hardy-Weinberg formula use a select sample of a population instead of the entire population?

A. Samples are used as representations of a population because the population may often be too large to realistically test.

 B. Samples are the same as populations.

 C. Samples provide easier numbers to work with during the calculation.

D. A select sample provides more accurate detail than an entire population.
