What amount of an allergen must a food-allergic guest consume to have a reaction?

▸ Even invisible amounts such as cross contact through improper cleaning can trigger a reaction

▸ A teaspoon or more of the allergen is necessary for a full reaction to occur

▸ The guest must have eaten and fully digested an entire serving of the product

▸ Only 14 percent of the population have true food allergies, so this is hardly an issue to be concerned with
