i like to become a clinic or medical assistant but im confuse with which school is the best since there is so many out there .

You don't need to attend medical school to become a medical assistant, only to become a doctor - and you need to have gotten a 4-year college degree first.  You could attend a community college for a medical assistant certificate or a nursing degree.
