Do you already have the degree or are you looking into getting one?

If your looking into getting one, I strongly suggest you work on a minor/or major in statistics WITH psychology. STATS helps alot with gathering information, understanding it and working in the field. Plus, it will help you stand out to employers.

 Keep up to date with the latest technology in psychology and you will make yourself employable in a variety of fields in and related to psychology.

You need to get a MSW (Master of Social Work).  There are so many people with psychology degrees that it is almost impossible to get a job in the field with just a BA.  I know, I have one.
