Hi, I really am lost, may you help me please?

The value of Ka for acetic acid is 1.8 x 10^-5.  Use this value to verify the percent ionization for 1.0 M CH3COOH is 0.4% ionized and 99.6% of the acid remains present as CH3COOH molecules, with only 0.4% as H+ and CH3OO- ions.
