What is the best medical school?

Harvard and the ivy league schools are surprisingly the most affordable ones. They offer full tuition to middle and low class students.

All medical schools that are accredited render the same result to students who graduate, which means they are eligible to sit for the national medical boards. What becomes more an issue is the residency, the period of time in which the new doctor declares a speciality field and hones his/her skills in that field.

All medical schools are pricey. "Affordable" is a relative term, depending on how much funding you have.

Some medical schools (any of the Ivy League, for example) might afford its graduates a more impressive network after graduation.

But there is no one school that is going to meet your stated requirements of being the "best" and "affordable." What it will come down to in the end is finding a school that offers you a chair in the next class.

You don't get to be picky. It's the medical schools who get to do all the choosing.
