This is a homework related question from a professor I dislike immensely.

The question is:
Your professor just handed you a cloning project. You are given an amazing vector that contains a multiple cloning site which includes EcoRI, BamHI, HindIII, EcoRV, KpnI, NcoI and NotI recognition sites in that order. On, the other hand, you have your favorite gene with its restriction sites specified in the attachment I provided. Note the box represents the gene, the entirety of which needs to be cloned (but cloning a little extra is ok). What is the best strategy to clone YFG into your amazing vector? What are the major complications of this strategy?

I could really use help or a kickstart to solving this problem.
