Brown, Chesney-Lind, and Stein

I'd select this option Upwards Arrow

The claim that female violence has not been on the rise as the media has portrayed it to be is associated with the research and writings of Brown, Chesney-Lind, and Stein. This trio of researchers, led by Meda Chesney-Lind, conducted extensive studies on juvenile delinquency and gender, challenging common perceptions and media portrayals of female violence. Their work has highlighted that the increase in female involvement in delinquency may be more a reflection of changes in societal attitudes and reporting rather than an actual increase in violent behavior among females.
