I know this is a stupid question but i forgot how to solve it. I already know the protons, all I need is the electrons and neutrons.

25 Electrons and 30 neutrons
Protons and electrons are always the same.

proton #(from atomic number) = electron# for neutral atom.

neutron # = atomic mass number - atomic number

electron configuration = total number of electrons

Mn = 1s^2 2s^2 2p^63s^2 3p^64s^2 3d^5
Thus, Mn has 25 electrons

atomic number(Mn) = 25 i.e. 25 protons

hope this helps:-)
