In duodenum, the liver secretes bile and pancreas secrete pancreatic juice.both of them are very alkaline. this will neutralize hydrochloric acid from the stomach and prepared a neutral medium for the reaction of amylase, protease and lipase, right?

What you say is true.
Pepsin in the stomach has an acid pH optimum but the proteases in the duodenum from the pancreas are different enzymes with a different specificity for the peptide bonds which are recognized in proteins and have an alkaline pH optimum.
