A 7kb was treated overnight with restriction endonuclease EcoRI. The separation of the digest on 0.08% anarose gel showed 3 bands of 1.5kb, 2.5 kb, and 3kb sizes.

How many restriction sites does this plasmid have?
Where on the plasmid are these sites located?

3 sites...
simple draw a circle and determine the sites each of size 1.5,2.5,3.5 total 7

There are three restriction sites.  I don't know if you have a diagram on your question but EcoR1 cuts at the palendromic site GAATTC.

Three cuts would give you 3 pieces that you see on the agarose gel.  You can't say where on the plasmid that the sites are located from the information given.  You can say that the size of the plasmid is 1.5 + 2.5 + 3 = 7 kb and that if one site is designated as zero, then another site is 3 kb away producing the large fragment, and another EcoRI site is either 2.5 kb or 1.5 kb from there towards the zero site.

None.  There is no such thing as an "anarose" gel.

There are two Eco RI sites which yields three plasmids.  The first site is 1.5 kB from the 5' end and the second site is 4 kB from the 5' end.  This yields three fragments of the size indicated.
