This is really a simple look-up.  Use the site below.

I will do the first one for you.  You can complete the other yourself.

For Fluorine, click on the element (F) in the Periodic table.  On the left-hand side of the page, look for "Electronic data" and click on this.

This will give you the electronic configuration and energy diagram.

Use the "Back button" to go back to the Periodic table.  Look for the closest Noble gas (Neon).  Repeat the above to get the Noble gas configuration (click on Ne, then "Electronic data").  Remember that Non-metals will gain electrons and Metals will lose electrons to reach Noble gas configuration.
