Escape speed from the sun's gravity at the orbit of Saturn, 13.6 km/s.

Escape speed from Saturn's gravity at the top of Saturn's clouds, 35.6 km/s.

Saturn's mean orbital speed around the sun is 9.7 km/s. So you would have to pass Saturn with a relative speed of 3.9 km/s plus whatever additional speed you need to escape Saturn's gravity. If you skim the top of Saturn's clouds (moving eastward on the dark side of Saturn), you will need to be going 43.5 km/s relative to Saturn, which is 49.2 km/s relative to the sun and stars.

The escape velocity to interstellar space from Earth's orbit is 42 km/s.

The radius of Saturn's orbit is about 10 AU.

Escape velocity varies with the inverse square-root of distance.

So it's 42 km/s / sqrt (10)  , or about 13 km/s (I don't have a calculator).
