Can budding occur in unicellular organisms?

Most yeast are single celled organisms that reproduce by budding. Hydras are multicellular and grow another hydra budding out of the body of the parent.

Bacteria, a few yeast, & some protozoa or algae us bibary fission for asexual reproduction.
Eukaryotic Binary fission has three types: simple, transverse, and longitudinal binary fission.
1 - Simple binary fission happens in amoebas wherein the division goes by any plane.
2 - Transverse binary fission happens among paramecium and planaria wherein the cytoplasmic division plane matches the specimen?s transverse axis.
3 - Longitudinal binary fission occurs in the euglena when the plane matches the longitudinal alignment.

Budding occurs in yeast which is unicellular so yes.
I don't think binary fission occurs animalia, at least I don't have any examples so I would say no
