The use of multimedia and a gaming environment promotes a stronger dialog and builds insight into the practical ways to address the complex issues of corporate ethics and social responsibility. For example, Cadbury Schweppes, an international confectionery and beverage company, has created a board game called "Ethical Risk" that its employees play to help bridge the gap between the values the company wants to achieve and the day-to-day decision-making and practices of its managers. Lockheed Martin uses a computer game called "Gray Matters," which presents a series of ethical dilemmas. Group discussion with a facilitator leads to a better understanding of how to resolve complex ethical issues. Many other companies offer self-paced online training in ethics awareness issues.
