Loss of hair.  Not just the hair on your head, but also your eyebrows, eyelashes.  No hair in your nose, so your nose would always be runny.  Basically loss of all body hair.

By definition, alopecia is the loss of hair due to the the proteins needed to create the hair follicle being deficient, or some other key material being deficient.

Some have alopecia areata, which is the loss of hair in one specific location, or several specific locations.  Alopecia universalis is total loss of body hair throughout the entire body.  

In fact, male pattern baldness is a very common form of alopecia, called androgenic alopecia (which is itself a form of alopecia areata).
