i'm very confused. for le chatelier's principle about temperature as a stress why:
Increasing the temp. shifts the equilibrium in the Endo direction and
Decreasing the temp. shifts the equilibrium in the Exo direction.

like, where is the heat to begin with?? can't heat be put on either the product or reactant side, so why would ^ the temp automatically make it shift to the endo direction? i am so confused, plz help.
