Well im just wondering, it says on a source that, When a germ or something that could harm the body is detected in the bloodstream, the spleen jumps to action and along with lymph nodes, produces an army o defender cells -- my question, is, what are the defender cells called? Are they the white blood cells?

And also, does the spleen make red and whtie blood cells?

i think you're confusing the spleen with bone marrow.

spleen's main function is to remove useless red blood cells and antibodies. it also stores a type of white blood cells (monocytes) and can synthesize antibodies. the spleen also plays many other important roles but not especially relevant to your question.
