Biodiversity has a number of technical meaning but basically it refers to how much variety in organisms or number of different species found in an ecosystem.

Of your list - tropical rain forests are generally considered to have the highest biodiversity of any terrestrial ecosystem so you can call them highly biodiverse.

At the other end of the scale - deserts have some of the lowest biodiversity due the the harsh conditions.  Tundra is equally low or only slightly higher in biodiversity - again it is a fairly harsh environment much of the year so fewer organisms can live there.  Both would be said to have low biodiversity.

Boreal forests are more diverse than tundra and grasslands and temperate forests are also somewhere in the middle of the range of biodiversity.

Other than this arrangement, I am not sure exactly what else the question is looking for.
