The lowest frequency of radiation that can dissociate one O2(g) molecule in the upper atmosphere into two oxygen atoms is 1.237*10^15 Hz. For 1 mole of photons of this frequency, what is the energy in joules per mol of these photons?

remember E=h(nu).  Nu is 1.237*10^15.  This gives you the energy of one such photon.  Now, multiply that by Avogadro's number to get the energy of a mole of such photons.
